• Technical information analysis: Characteristics and status of the equipment, performances, incidents history, availability.
• Regulatory information analysis: EEE (Effective Electric Efficiency) certificate, retroactivity, risk assessment depending on RI and RO values.
• Further actions proposal for operational optimization.
• Business plan based on previous data.
• Sensitivity analysis
